Therefore in order to sync your inventory on your mobile device with the inventory on your desktop, you need to have a cellular or wireless connection.3046 How do I add a tool to my inventory?To add a tool to your inventory on a mobile device click the "+" sign in the upper right hand corner of the app. If you'd like to add a Milwaukee Tool, type in the model number and add the SKU that you would like to enter. If you'd like to enter a non Milwaukee Tool, then add or select the manufacturer and fill in the fields accordingly. To add a tool to your inventory on the web application, click on 'Manage Inventory' and then click the "Add Item" button in the upper right hand portion of the screen. If you'd like to add a Milwaukee Tool, type the model number in and select the SKU that you've entered. Usually it is 6 digits including zeros, however it could differ slightly due to the label type.3881 Why was my tool refused a repair under warranty?A tool can be rejected for repair under warranty due to the fault not being covered by our warranty conditions, this can be totally or partially. You can read these condition on our website www.milwaukeetool.eu. Examples are: Water or mud ingress, burnt out motor, tool being dropped, general wear & tear.3985 When are burnt out motors not covered by warranty?Warranty covers all defects due to faults in workmanship or material, this includes the motor. Burnt out motors can be the result of wrong power supply, overload and misuse. These cases would not be covered by the warranty. Diagnosis by the service centre will determine which situation is relevant. 4037 Why was my tool sent back to me disassembled?If you reject the quotation for a non-warranty repair and request that the tool be returned it will be sent back dismantled for safety reasons.
